return policy
All FaFa Mood customers can enjoy our 7-day unsatisfied return and 30-day quality problem return service (the return will not include shipping costs). You have the right to exchange or refund. If you need a return or exchange, please contact our customer service.
Returned merchandise must comply with our Return Policy:
• Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
• Do not remove the brand tags that come with the product and make sure they are intact when returning the product.
• When you try on shoes, take proper protective measures to avoid leaving wear marks on the soles or damaging the shoe box.
• Custom-sized items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or faulty when it is delivered to you.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original brand box and dust bag (if any) and documents.
• When returning a bag, be sure to keep the wrist and shoulder strap protective film. If the protective film has been removed, it will be deemed to have been used and will not be eligible for the 7-day return service.
• For cross-border product returns, you need to bear the shipping costs yourself, except in the case of receiving the wrong product, product quality problems or defective products.
The above policy only applies to the 7-day unsatisfactory return service.
Defective goods
If the goods you received are wrong goods, have quality problems or are defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide high-definition videos or pictures, and we will arrange a return or exchange for you.
To facilitate your tracking of the return progress, please record the courier tracking number when you send the package and contact customer service in time for record
Cancel order
Before we start preparing your order, you can cancel or modify the order. Please contact customer service as soon as possible.
If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Since international couriers cannot intercept packages, we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. Please understand.
Refunds
Once your return or refund is approved, our customer service team will process your refund manually. The amount will be credited back to your account in real-time.
Please note that if you pay online by credit card, we will deduct a 6% cancellation fee from your refund (to cover bank transaction fees).
If you received the wrong item, or the item was defective, we can refund the difference if you wish, where applicable.
